Yes! We never lock down our sites so prior to launch we’ll provide you with a training session to show you how everything works on your site and how you can manage your content going forward. The training is also recorded so you are able to reference it at a later date or use it as a training tool for other team members.
We primarily build websites on the WordPress platform. We find it has the greatest combo of flexibility, power, and intuitive use for our clients after launch. For primarily eCommerce sites, Shopify is our go-to.
We know that the cost of a new website can be intimidating for many small businesses so we have 6 and 12-month payment plans available. Message us for details.
When you sign on for a website project with us we’ll have an onboarding call where we’ll go over the process and how you can expect the project to go. In that call we’ll also prep you for the information we’ll need throughout the design, build, and launch. We’ll ask for things like your current web hosting details, domain registration, a high-quality version of your logo, a list of your competitors, and any high-quality photos or videos you have. Lastly, we’ll get you to sign the contract and scope of work, pay the first invoice, and then we’re off to the races.
Well… it depends. It might not be the answer you’re looking for, but there are many factors that go into pricing a web design project. Factors that can affect the overall price include how many pages you need, what types of functionality you need, and whether you already have marketing assets or need them created. When you contact us for a website design we’ll have a discovery call where we learn all about you and your project and then we’ll put together a no-obligation quote that outlines everything we talked about. We know web projects can be large so we also offer monthly payment plans.

We’re pretty sure this makes us the only all-female web team at an agency in Newfoundland & Labrador. Together they’ve got over 20 years of experience designing and building for the web so you’re in good hands. You’ll work closely with this wickedly smart, creative, and friendly team from discovery to launch.
Most certainly. Whether you have a single project or several thousand, we’ve got you covered. We’ve helped several clients either create or improve their e-commerce presence. Depending on your specific needs we’ll get you going with either wooCommerce of Shopify, two of our favourite platforms. We’ll guide you through all of the logistics from shipping to payments to product photos. There are a lot of moving parts involved with selling online and we’re happy to be your guide.
We certainly can! Before we launch your new site we provide you with a training session where we show you how to edit anything you might want on your site. But we don’t disappear. You get 30 days of post-launch support where we’ll fix any bugs, tweak anything that needs adjusting and answer any of your questions. After that we have monthly aftercare plans you can subscribe to. We’ll never leave you in the lurch.
Yes! We build all of our websites to ensure that they’re WCAG compliant and test for things like colour contrast, keyboard accessibility, semantic headings, and more. We also have a few tools in our toolbox if you need your site to go that extra mile.
Good things take time. We follow an 8-step process that we’ve refined over years of client projects and we’ve found that we’ll typically need at least 8 weeks to work together to bring your website to life. Beyond project complexity, some things that can affect timelines include any information we need to collect from you and how quickly we get your feedback. As part of the homework phase we’ll give you a list of everything we’ll need so that you can get a headstart.
